The Series
Pressure arrives in layers.
The PM Survival Series is a structured five-book journey, not five unrelated books. Each one takes the layer of pressure that appears once the previous one is under control.

The philosophy
Practical judgement, not another framework.
These are practical guides built on real experience in project management, operations and hospitality. They focus on judgement, decision-making, pressure, people and complexity — not on teaching another formal framework you would then have to roll out.
The series is not about eliminating pressure. In most environments that isn't on offer. It is about developing better ways to carry responsibility when pressure is unavoidable.
- Project management is the environment.
- Judgement is the subject.
- People are the centre of every layer.
